Return Process

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address.

Securely pack the hair in its original packaging, ensuring the lace is uncut and the product is unused, then ship it back using a trackable service.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
